There are supplied a oriented body like a magnetic sheet where a value of degree of orientation of magnetic particles is outside 3.5, and a method for producing the same, and a device for producing the same, wherein the oriented body like a magnetic sheet is produced through the steps of: mixing a mixed solution containing a solvent and a vehicle and .epsilon. -iron oxide particles from shaking stirring, and distributing the .epsilon. -iron oxide particles in the mixed solution; supplying a mixed solution where the .epsilon. -iron oxide particles are spread, on a predetermined substrate; and eliminating the solvent when applying a magnetic field to the substrate supplied with all the mixed solution, to acquire a oriented body.
