Inventors and Patents From the City of Paradise
The City of Paradise is a prime location to find employment for inventors and patent holders. The area is also home to universities like University of Nevada Las Vegas, colleges, research facilities, and tech startups. The city offers many opportunities for employment.
Paradise, a census-designated area (CDP), is an unincorporated community in Clark County, Nevada. It does not have its own municipal government. Clark County provides all services and functions for Paradise. Clark County also includes Las Vegas. Nearby cities include Henderson, Spring Valley Sunrise Manor Whitney, Whitney, Winchester and North Las Vegas. All of these are located within 15 miles from Paradise. Most of the Las Vegas Strip can be found here. It had a population of 223,167 people at the 2010 census. This makes it the unincorporated community with the highest number of residents in Nevada. It was established on December 8, 1950. Las Vegas Airport (LAS) is included within Paradise’s boundaries. If you are an inventor and looking for employment opportunities, Paradise is a great place to relocate. Paradise Valley is home to a variety of patent and inventions.

Inventions and Patents
Developing a useful product is only the first step of the invention process. The next step is negotiating a license agreement with a manufacturer. This requires considerable expertise, so it’s imperative to understand the field in which your invention falls. Understanding how your invention can benefit the market makes it easier to evaluate its value.
Nevada encourages inventors to use its startup and new business assistance programs. These programs assist Nevada inventors who have patentable inventions to get their businesses started and running smoothly. One of these programs is the Nevada Women’s Business Center, which assists women entrepreneurs in creating and growing sustainable businesses. The United Inventors Association is a non-profit organization that supports independent inventors. It offers a variety of resources including legal advice and educational information. They offer assistance to Nevada inventors in marketing, licensing, or royalty negotiations.

Make48 makes inventors’ inventions public and provides resources to help them develop and market their ideas. Nevada inventors have a valuable resource in the Make48 Startup and New Business Guide. This program allows inventors to create a prototype and present their ideas to a panel. The winning team will receive cash and the opportunity to see their product develop if their idea is selected.
It is complicated and time-consuming to apply for a Nevada patent. To secure your patent, you must comply with all requirements and provide every piece of documentation. Your application must be filed with the USPTO.
Once the USPTO accepts your patent application and approves it, you become the sole owner of exclusivity rights to use and profit from the invention. It may take up to three years for the process to be completed and your patent granted. To apply for and maintain your patent, you will need to pay fees.
Inventors
Gilbert Hyatt’s inventions are used in many products all over the globe, including a gaming system. Hyatt holds over 70 patents but still works from his home laboratory. He won a two-decade-long fight for a patent on the single-chip microprocessor that is the core of computer chips. This was one of his career highlights. Texas Instruments and other companies had challenged Hyatt’s patent but Hyatt won the day.
Hyatt was also responsible in creating the “computer-on-a-chip,” which combined all elements of a computer into one chip. This technology was an early precursor to the one that Intel uses today. The chip Hyatt invented was originally used to control an industrial milling machine. It only required a few program instructions and a very small ROM memory array. This eliminated the need to have multiple input/output channels and control units.
Hyatt’s inventions are the foundation of modern technology. The invention of the microprocessor, a revolutionary invention, is one that will change the way technology works. Hyatt spent the last 25 years living in Las Vegas, where he worked from his home lab. Hyatt’s historical place may be disputed by other engineers, but he has always fought for it.
Yu Kuang, Hui Wang invented Image-guided radiation treatment (IGRT), which uses medical imaging, provides precise and accurate radiation treatment. It can also be used for treating tumors that are located in moving areas, such as the lung. The IGRT tool will be used by your doctor to scan the area to be treated before treatment delivery. These images will allow your doctor to determine your exact position and focus radiation on your tumor.

Robert A. Schill, Jr., Marc Popek invented the Magnetic Field Sensor which can be used to measure the magnetic field around coils, permanent magnets and other electrical devices . It has a rotating tip that can measure transverse and long-term magnetic fields.
Edward J. Poziomek, Grazyna E. Orzechowska invented a method used to detect the presence of chlorinated hydrocarbons and other pollutants in water. The preferred method involves taking a sample of water and isolating or enclosing it. After isolating, the water is tested using one or more pollutant sensitive test. The preferred method uses pH, electrical conductivity, and specific ion species-sensitive electrode tests to test for organochlorine compounds. After the sample has been sonicated using ultrasound rarefaction, compression waves and a cup horn or horn probe to cause pollutant degradation under controlled conditions. This is done over a period of time in a pulse mode. The sample is then retested with the same pre-tests for pH, conductivity, and electrode measurements. Comparing the results of post-sonication and pre-sonication tests indicates the presence or absence of pollutants. For example, if there is a rise in the concentration of cl.sup, this would indicate that the sample has been sonicated.
Robert A. Schill invented a Camouflaged communication device which is a transmission system used to transmit a camouflaged transmission by creating an underlying transmission that includes a plasma transmission discharge, which generates background noise with a first ampltude and an embedded transmission of signals within this transmission.
