The personal care industry has evolved tremendously, with a wide range of products available to cater to various needs. From skincare to haircare, consumers are constantly seeking effective solutions that can be easily integrated into their daily routines. This is where the system, method, and apparatus for dispensing personal care products come into play.
These systems are designed to provide a hassle-free and precise application of personal care products. They often consist of a device that dispenses the product in a controlled manner, ensuring the right amount is delivered for optimal results. The apparatus may include features such as sensors, timers, and customizable settings to cater to individual preferences.
One of the key drivers of the market for these systems is the growing demand for personalized treatments. Consumers are no longer satisfied with generic products that claim to address multiple concerns. They seek tailored solutions that cater to their specific needs. The system, method, and apparatus for dispensing personal care products allow for customization, enabling users to adjust the treatment according to their requirements.
Another factor contributing to the market growth is the increasing awareness of the importance of proper application techniques. Many personal care products require specific instructions to achieve the desired results. However, individuals often struggle with the correct application, leading to suboptimal outcomes. These dispensing systems provide step-by-step instructions, ensuring users follow the correct procedure for maximum effectiveness.
Furthermore, these systems offer convenience and time-saving benefits. In today’s fast-paced world, people are constantly seeking ways to streamline their routines. The system, method, and apparatus for dispensing personal care products simplify the process by automating certain steps and reducing the need for manual effort. This allows users to save time while still achieving the desired treatment.
Now, let’s discuss how to provide a treatment using these innovative systems. The first step is to select the appropriate personal care product for your specific needs. Whether it’s a moisturizer, serum, or hair treatment, ensure that the product is compatible with the dispensing system you have.
Next, familiarize yourself with the instructions provided by the manufacturer. These may include specific settings, application techniques, and recommended usage frequency. It is crucial to follow these instructions to ensure optimal results and avoid any potential adverse effects.
Once you have set up the dispensing system according to the instructions, apply the product as directed. The apparatus will dispense the product in the desired amount, ensuring accurate application. Follow any additional steps or techniques recommended by the manufacturer, such as massaging the product into the skin or evenly distributing it through the hair.
After completing the treatment, clean and maintain the dispensing system as per the manufacturer’s guidelines. This will ensure its longevity and optimal performance for future treatments.
In conclusion, the market for system, method, and apparatus for dispensing personal care products is witnessing significant growth due to the increasing demand for personalized treatments, convenience, and time-saving benefits. These innovative systems provide precise application, step-by-step instructions, and customization options, allowing users to achieve optimal results. By following the provided instructions and selecting the appropriate product, individuals can effectively provide treatments using these dispensing systems, enhancing their personal care routines.
The ColorCulture Network LLC invention works as follows
A method, system, and apparatus for the delivery of custom blended dispensing personal care beauty products, where one or more components are stored and can be provided as needed to the dispenser. A control mechanism controls the dosage of beauty component to provide the desired selected personal beauty product, with the selected characteristics. A selection screen displays an image of the person and their hair. The image can be modified to simulate changes such as color, cut or style. The selections are stored and processed, and a formula generated to deliver product components is communicated to a dispenser device.
Background for System, method, and apparatus for dispensing personal care products, providing instructions on how to provide a treatment service for personal care, and selecting personal care services
1. “1.
The invention is a method, system, and apparatus that facilitates the dispensing personal care products such as beauty products such as hair colorants, in which the hair colourant components are delivered at a dosage for the resultant hair coloring product to have the desired characteristics. The invention may also be configured to dispensing shampoo, conditioners, skin and hair treatments, as well as other beauty and personal-care products.

Beauty treatments involve using products to enhance, rejuvenate or repair the skin, hair, or body of a person to change or improve their appearance. Hair coloring is one example of a beauty procedure. Human hair is colored using hair coloring compositions. Individuals can apply them at home or in professional salons. Hair coloring can be used to achieve a certain look. For some, it may mean returning graying or thinning hair to the original color. Others may want to change their hair color to something else.
Hair color is usually distributed in tubes or bottles. Some hair dyes may require that the ingredients are provided separately to extend their shelf life or to avoid certain chemical reactions. Colorists often use colorant from multiple tubes. Many times, colorant or chemical coloring is wasted because some remains in the tubes. Tubes are usually supplied with 2 oz. The tubes are usually supplied with 2 oz. The colorist or stylist coloring an individual’s locks may also be required to mix color, which may in some cases require a small quantity of one color. When a small amount is used of a coloring compound, the rest of the compound must be thrown away, resulting in waste of both chemicals and the packaging. Mixing colors to achieve a desired shade takes time to measure and match the components of the colorant to get the desired result.
The tubes used for hair dye are squeezed by hand, usually from the bottom. The majority of hair-coloring jobs call for a mixture of colors and therefore mixing dyes from various tubes. In some cases, a bleach can be added to the hair dyes or colors. After the dyes have been squeezed out of the tubes, the dyes and any developer or bleach may be mixed together. This is done by hand. In US Patent Application No. The US Patent Application No. 2009/0161481 describes rollers that compress the tube end between the rollers and squeeze out the dye. The roller motor can be controlled in order to achieve the desired amount of rotation, or squeezing. The ‘481 patent application discloses an agitator used to mix dyes squeezed out of the tube or a separate mixing station.

EP 1 374 710 discloses a way to select a custom color for hair that is imparted by a hair dye. The user can use a touch-screen to select the hair dye product they want (for example, a product displayed on a shelf in a store) and enter or scan information about it. The screen can display a prompt asking the user for information about the desired type of coloring (e.g. grey coverage, root coverage, or highlight) and/or the condition of the hair apart from the original color (e.g. previously colored, never dyed, and/or damaged). The ‘720 document discloses the possibility of using the information by a microprocessing system in order to predict the final color of the coloration or predict a product suitable for the desired type of coloration. The ‘720 document also discloses visual images being displayed on a computer monitor for comparison. The ‘720 Patent also discloses a CD Disk, Smart Card (RFI), and loyalty card as marketing tools that can be used to earn consumers points, discounts, or coupons.
EP 0 443741 A discloses a method and apparatus for formulating a custom-mixed cosmetic product according to input criteria. These criteria are combinations of hair damage criteria and hair diameter criteria. The ‘741 document discloses formulating a custom-mixed cosmetic hair treatment product and dispensing it at the point of purchase in response to input criteria. Containers are disclosed for storing cosmetically-functional mixtures which are designed to interact with each other when the proper amounts of each are mixed together to form a hair treatment cosmetic product. As a locking mechanism, male and female members of a different form are used to connect a container with a reservoir. This ensures that the correct mixture is in the right container position.
The EP 1 817 976 describes a method which involves entering into a computer a hair’s initial color, a shade component quantity from a collection, a second shade component from the same collection, as well as one or more quantities of additional shade components. The patent document ‘976 discloses the use of a computer to determine a probable custom hair color using the initial hair color and component amounts inputted. It also generates a visual representation that represents the likely colour to simulate the hair.
